How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our RETURNS once your order has been delivered to you.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and store credit via GearUnity E-Gift Cards site-wide.

NOTE: E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases only.

How Do I Track My Order?

There are two ways to check the tracking information of your package:

  1. Click here to track your package via the GearUnity website (you must enter your Order Tracking Number).
  2. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to your tracking information. You can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door from there.
When Does My Order Tracking Gets Updated?

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking details to be available and updated. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Thanks for your patience.

Oh! Snap! I was So Excited to Place My Order and Forgot to Use My Coupon Code!

Unfortunately, all already placed orders cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added to them after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

What If My Credit Card is Declined?

If your payment is not successfully processed or declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment such as PayPal prior to completing your purchase.

I Placed an Order but Did Not Receive a Confirmation E-mail!

If you do not receive an email from GearUnity within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the supplied email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your GearUnity account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

When Does My Order Get Shipped?

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking details to be available and updated. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched from the warehouse. Thanks for your patience.

How Do I Know If My Order is Shipped and on It's Way?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processed, and when it’s ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Do use the tracking feature to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

I Ordered Multiple Products in My Order, but All are Not Contained in the Received Package! Why?

This is uncommon but normal. Due to different strategic locations of warehouses and Distribution Centers, orders with items available at different locations are dispatched separately and not consolidated. So they get delivered to you faster in different packages with separate tracking numbers.

How Soon Do I Receive My Order?

Package transit time can take up to 5 – 20 business days, depending on your Region, State or Country.

What Do I Do If I Received a Damaged Item?

Should you receive a damaged item, please take detailed photos of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team ( along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

What Do I Do If I Don't Receive My Order After the Required Period?

This is unusually rare and can be frustrating. It usually stems from wrong supplied address information. If you’re experiencing this, do reach a representative through here.

Order Item is Defective, Incorrect or Missing When Received. What Can I Do?

We know this is frustrating. Rest assured, we strive to make every order perfect for you!

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this time frame up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can get the best of your gears!

Does GearUnity Issue Refunds?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

How Soon Do I Get Refund?

After refunds are initiated, refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

If you love an item, you can add it to your Favorites by clicking the ♥ icon on the product page.

Some devices such as mobile phones may have trouble pulling up the page. You may also try using a different browser, or viewing our website using a different device if the problem persists.
